A private security firm operating in Eastern Europe were being targeted by hostile actors whilst trying to ensure protection of essential oil and gas supplies to the home nation.

The security force required a full situational awareness tool so they could monitor personnel, issue orders and tasks, and send/receive real time information across the network whilst ensuring data security.

We leveraged a software tool known as Team Awareness Kit (TAK). This involved a server build, end user training, certificate management and through life support to the customer. It allowed the guard force to conduct timely patrols, send and receive vital intelligence reports, as well as give each user a full suite of situational tools at their disposal. All users could be tracked and alerted as and when required
